 |  Dear Tung,It´s the second time we had the opportunity to use your services firstly for a Vietnam tour 2 years ago. It was perfect ! and we did with you Laos, Cambodia trip from 22nd of december 2013 to 5th of january 2014. These 2 countries are really impressive and we did like the landscape in Laos and the calm people. We did a Mekong river tour and an elephant ride which was really great ! In Cambodia, we did like Angkor Wat ( which is beautiful and amazing ) but were disappointed by Pnomh Penh which is a big city driven by the dollars... Because of our delayed flight we were not able to visit the Royal Palais,,, I do recommend Tung´s services . Tung is trying to do his best to satisfy his customers . We really appreciated it.  | Anyone wanting to travel in Vietnam in comfort, and with everything taken care of, should use CONIFER TRAVEL. You will not be disappointed.We bought our return air tickets and secured our visa here in Australia, although Tung can arrange visa's also. Everything else was left to Tung to arrange. The cars were comfortable and all the drivers were considerate of our safety at all times. All the hotels were chosen by Tung as were the restaurants. A wonderful dining experience each and every time, especially when in the company of Tung and his lovely and gracious wife Lai. We took in the delights of the Perfume River in Hue, the countryside around Da Nang and of course the markets and restaurants of Hoi An. We toured the north of the country last year. This year we did the central highlands and mid coastal areas up to Hue. I would strongly recommend Tung and CONIFER TRAVEL to anyone seeking a relaxed and comfortable tour with an experienced guide and drivers, and with everything taken care of including in-country flights of course. The cost was more than competitive with other companies, and we are going to tour with Tung again next year.  | Dear Tung, We are now back. The boys stopped at Strasbourg and I took a plane to Manchester as my sister is going to be graduated. We had a peaceful flight back and a lot of wonderful memories. Here in UK it´s quite cold (22degres) but I brought the sun with me. About our trip we were very happy and will recommend Conifer Travel to our friends and families. For us, Accommodation : - Yen Nhi Hotel in Ninh Binh : +++ Good and helpful service , big rooms and clean bathroom, good location. Breakfast on the top of the building is a must ( is good and you've got choice). - Luxe Hotel in Dong Hoi : + I advise you not to work again with them. Service at the reception was awful ( they didnot manage to book us a taxi, they were not able to advise us about restaurants) , the room was very noisy all the more as we were close to the elevator and they had a lot of noisy Vietnamese tourists. The bathroom was not cleaned before us and it was a Vietnamese bathroom with shower and toilets together. We used to have it in Sapa when we slept at a guesthouse of local people but in a 3 star hotel. And the worst was the breakfast with dirty tables and no choice. Maybe we should book an hotel inside the national park because we did not like the city of Dong Hoi. - Moonlight in Hue : ++++ Nothing to say everything was perfect : room breakfast service swimming pool housekeeping good location! - Lotus hotel in Hoi An: ++ Good rooms, cleaned and peaceful Breakfast choice is okay Nice swimming pool As you said far away from the center with a shuttle service which is not enough. Service was good but not as good as in Ninh Binh, Hue or Phu Thinh hotel in Hoi An. - Phu Thinh hotel resort and Spa II: great wonderful and peaceful , good services , and good location with bicycles. Swimming pool was great. We tried Spa and restaurant and they were both excellent . Breakfast in the garden was nice. Rooms were very clean. Yannick had to change but they react really fast. About Tien ( Our guide ): ++++ He was nice, funny. We learn a lot of things and had a good time with him. He always picked good restaurants and answered to all our questions. About drivers: With the first we did not have fresh water but that is the only difference I see . They all drove well. About Sightseeing points: We liked what we saw and the rhythm was okay for us. We enjoyed the cooking classes even if we think it was a little bit expensive for the service ( no free refreshment included before starting or after the market). But we noticed that prices in Hoi An had nothing to do with the North and that it was a normal price for this place. For us it was as good as what we expected.  | I have just come back from my second trip. First time Vietnam and Laos and now Vietnam Cambodia. If there is a third trip Mr Tung will again be contacted. I found him on the web 4 years ago. We were 2 mature women wanting to see the sights then and this time it was just me wanting to see more. I cannot recommend him and his services enough.He looks after everything . Flights,trains,tours,hotels, food and of course guides. Mr Tung is also a guide besides having his own travel business. He really cares, is extremely knowledgeable,speaks fluently English and wants you to have the best vacation possible.He knows his guides and is constantly keeping an eye on your trip. What you do is telling him where you want to go,how long time you have and what you want to see and in 24 hours or less you have your first itinerary.Then you can change what you don't want and your trip is made. He has never disappointed me. My travels has been fantastic everything on time and totally safe. Mr. Tung, Thank you again for a fabulous time.! The trip was excellent organized and the hotels well selected, finally we got the night in Aureum Palace at Inle Lake!!!! There is hardly something to critisize, there is only a slight suggestion to change the restaurant in Bagan. We had been to a puppet show which was nice, the next evening we had been to the same show again in another restaurant which offered us European cuisine!!! Do you have a contact to inform that the people should learn not to throw around the plastic bags and other plastic items in the nature. It does not only destroy the country, but also animals chew on it and they could get ill or die from it. And this will also effect the health of the people. It is very important to keep nature clean. It made us sad to see the many plastic/waste-piles in the country. Like the bamboo chairs, they look so beautiful. And if you then see the horrible colored plastic chairs in a bamboo/palm tree-hut - that does not match. Myanmar should stay authentic.  | Dear Tung! Hello from Vienna, now we are settled well at home again and are all right. Hope everything is ok in Vietnam and you are not working too much. According to your feedback inquiry I would like to say: (Rating 1-10) 1.) Guides were friendly, helpful, good information (8) Drivers very safe (10) 2.) Accommodation very good, except La Veranda deluxe room- downstairs (no view, no daylight), garden bungalows are nice, (9) 3.) Itinerary good, next time we would like some more " hidden places". All places were very interesting, each worth to see. Best maybe Hue, My Son, Saigon. (8) 4.) Meals were good, we enjoyed very much "good local food", like our dinner in Hoi An, Pho in Hanoi and Saigon. (7) 5.) We had a perfect time, very good organization ! | Dear Mr. Tung, Thank you so much for helping us to enjoy our trip in Thailand & Malaysia from 30th June to 15th July 2012. Everything went well and was excellent organized, especially the tour guide in Kuala Lumpur was great (we laughed a lot with Eddy). Lotus Asia Tour was also a good choice, because they made it happen, to stay in KL instead of Malacca. We all loved KL. Hope we can come together in the future, because we want to go back to Vietnam - around Hoi An.
