Itinerary:
Day 1: WELCOME TO YANGON, MYANMAR ( L,D,G )
Arrival to Yangon Airport. Meet and Greet at the airport by local guide. Transfer to Hotel for check in. Visit Sule Pagoda, Mahabandoola Park Indepentment Monument – the heart of Yangon City surrounded by memorable scene of various Colonial style buildings. Lunch at restaurant. After lunch, visit Chaukhtatkyi Reclining Buddha, Shwedagon Pagoda – 2500 years old the world famous stupa having a beautiful sun-set and China Town. Dinner at restaurant with cultural show. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2: YANGON- KYAIKHTIYO ( B,L,D,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Kyaikhtiyo, one of Myanmar’s Landmarks which is famous for its precarious position and religious importance: KYAIKHTIYO the ‘Golden Rock’, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. Lunch on the way. To reach the pagoda from KIN PUN a steep 11 km road leads to the upper staging point by truck. The upper area must be traveled by foot, at present, and the walk is approximately 4 km (1 hour) up a steep path and ascend some 500 m to the GOLDEN ROCK Pagoda. On arrival you can enjoy the beautiful sun-set. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 3: KYAIKHTIYO- BAGO- YANGON ( B,L,D,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. Drive to Bago. Visit Kyat Khat Wine Monastery for offering alm food to thousand monks and Bago Market. Lunch at restaurant. After lunch, visit Kambawzathadi Palace, Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha, Cheroot Factory, Weaving Factory in Mon Village Kyaik Pun Pagoda (Four Faces) and Chinese Temple. Drive back to Yangon. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4: YANGON- BAGAN ( B,L,D,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to airport for Bagan. Sightseeing Bagan by visiting: Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda – the prototype for later Myanmar pagodas built by King Anawrahta, Ananda Temple – King Kyansittha’s masterpiece and the crowing achievement of the early style temple of architecture, Kyansitha Umin, Thatbyinnyu Temple – the highest building on the Bagan plain and Htilominlo Temple – the largest temples of Bagan. Lunch at restaurant. Evening visit Lacquer-ware making home cottage, Manuha Temple, Myinkaba Gubyaukgyi Temple – known for its wall paintings depicting scenes from the Jataka and Dhamanyangyi Temple. Evening sun-set view of Bagan from Buphaya or Shwesandaw Pagoda. Dinner at restaurant with Puppet Show. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: BAGAN- MANDALAY ( B,L,D,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to airport for Mandalay. Sightseeing Mandalay to Mahagandaryone Monastery for offering alm food to thousand monks, U Pain Wooden bridge, Mahamuni Image – a bronze Buddha image castled during the lifetime of Buddha himself, Tapestry works, Wood carving & bronze castling workshops, Marble carving workshop and silk weaving home cottage. Lunch at restaurant. After lunch, continues to Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monstery – noted for its exquisite wood carvings, gold leaf beating workshop, Atumashi Monstery, Kuthodaw Pagoda – known as the world biggest book and finish the tour by visiting Mandalay Hill to watch the sun-set and the panoramic view of the city. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: MANDALAY- HEHO- INLE ( B,L,D,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, Transfer to airport for Heho/Inle. Drive to Nyaung Shwe. Boat trip to Inle lake – the second biggest lake in Myanmar famous for its unique leg rollers to Kabbaye Tour highlights include visit, floating market (available to see on the market days only which is hold on every five days). Lunch at floating local restaurant. After lunch, sightseeing at Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, Inpawkhone Village – famous for its silk weaving handlooms, Ngaphechaung Monastery – well known because of jumping cats, traditional ways of fishing. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 7: HEHO- YANGON ( B,L,D,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Yangon. Visit Kaba Aye (World Peace) Pagoda, Maha Pasana Cave, Buddha Tooth Relic Pagoda and Jade Factory. Lunch at restaurant with Beijing Roasted Duck. After lunch, visit Glass making factory, Bogyoke (Scott) Market for free shopping and Nan Thida Jetty. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 8: WELCOME HOME ( B,G )
Breakfast at Hotel. Free and leisure at Hotel. Transfer to airport for departure.
End of service.
